SCs & STs CELL
The SC/ST Cell is an organizational unit that focuses on promoting the welfare and addressing the concerns of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) employees. Its scope typically includes:
1. Prevention of harassment: Addressing complaints of caste-based discrimination and harassment.
2. Grievance redressal: Providing a mechanism for resolving grievances related to SC/ST employees.
3. Promoting inclusivity: Fostering an inclusive work environment that respects diversity.
4. Monitoring implementation: Ensuring compliance with policies and laws related to SC/ST welfare.
Objectives:
1. Ensure equal opportunities for SC/ST employees.
2. Prevent caste-based discrimination.
3. Provide support and assistance to SC/ST employees.
4. Promote diversity and inclusion.
